"If you found out that this person you were completely infatuated and in love with wasnt really the person you thought you knew; was that love true?"-------- love is like "freedom," a really great intangable thing that can never be the same to any two people. we all experience it in a way unique to ourselves, so when we look back there is no clear answer. that love is based on a feeling, and feelings are difficult to recreate. if the feelings from the past can't be re-experienced, it's hard to analize and test their worth. i believe until we find "the one," it will all be just feelings.
the love felt for the fake person was true if you felt it in earnest. they weren't real but it was your temporary reality so it was responded to with real emotion.
as far as time is concerned, it's all subjective. some people are just in love with love and literally "fall" into it after a month, it's not real. then there are people like my grandparents who marry after two weeks til death parts them... sometimes it's real and sometimes it isn't. i think it depends on the alterior motives.
when i was younger my pastor told me "LOVE IS A COMMITTMENT, NOT A FEELING" and i couldn't wrap my head around it. i grew older and fell "in love" with a person who presented themselves to be something they were not. now i get it.

i am the person you met the person that you fell "in love" with. i am not what i presented myself to be the last few weeks that you and i were together

im sorry i've displayed this publicly but i miss you so much the real you
im not trying to save anything i just want you to know that i am the same person you met. people go through things and it may be hard to endure them. if you wait out the storm the sun will come again. but im ok with not being with you i just want gods will to be done. i dont know what to say
