Raising his eyebrow, Wesley gave Buffy a slight smirk - he was quite sure if Joyce Summers were to find out what they did together sometimes, he'd be opening the front door to a very irate mother. He had counted himself lucky that she had accepted news of their relationship so calmly, all things considered. When he had first arrived in Sunnydale to take over as Buffy and Faith's Watcher, she had been a bit - quite a bit, actually - against a strange man having to spend so much time with her daughter, even if she did know what Buffy was doing.
He decided to push aside all thoughts of Buffy's mother, however, not really wanting to think about her while he was in bed with his girlfriend. He much rather perferred to focus on touching her, moving his thumb over nub. He did so enjoy the sounds she made. And the way she looked. She said he was beautiful, but in his mind, nothing compared to Buffy. She was the beautiful one.
When she wrapped her hand around him again, he groaned into their kiss, his hips bucking into her hand. God, the things she did to him. He could feel himself starting to ache with need, so when she told him that she needed him inside her, right then and there, he wasn't going to protest.
Moving his hand away, he shifted to kneel between her legs, nudging them apart a bit more so he could settle in between them. He looked into Buffy's eyes as he took hold of her hips, realizing what was about to happen. No barrier between them.
"Ready?" he asked softly before pushing forward into her, groaning at the feel of her tightness around him. Without the condom, it was so different. So warm. Slowly, he sank deeper until he was buried to the hilt. "God, Buffy."
Leaning down, he kissed her passionately as he began to thrust into her.
Buffy gasped out when Wesley pushed into her. He always felt so good when he was inside of her. It was like they had meant to do this, and she wanted to do this with him for as long as they could. She pressed her head against the pillow and arched up when he started to thrust into her. "Wesley..." she moaned out as she slipped her legs around his waist.
She wanted to pull him closer but remembered the last time she'd gotten overly excited. There were times when she forgot her own strength and almost broke his ribs. Wesley was only the second man she'd slept with, and she had to get used to be gentle, considering her boyfriend before was a vampire.
Moaning into his kiss, Buffy lazily wrapped her legs around his waist as the room seem to heat up. She was no longer shivering and her goosebumps had been replaced by small beads of sweat. She continued to move under him, moaning with each thrust.
Buffy could feel her impending orgasm building up within her and she pulled Wesley closer. She started to skate the edge, wanting nothing more than to fall over it. Suddenly, light flashed behind her eyes and her body started to tremble. She cried out Wesley's name as she shuddered and convulsed around him.
When Buffy wrapped her legs around him, Wesley slowed his movements for a moment, looking down at her with a smile. He loved the sounds she made, the way she reacted - even if she had got a bit over enthusiastic sometimes. Not that he minded a bit of pain when it came to her. He wasn't masochistic, of course, but he knew that it was a learning experience for both of them in a way.
Leaning down to meet her kiss, he started speeding up his thrusts again, revelling in the feel of her around him, nothing separately them. His fingers slipped across the slickness on his skin, across her arms and shoulders. He wanted nothing more than to pull her so close that they were inside each other, but he knew that wasn't possible.
The pleasure built in his spine, and he could feel her starting to tighten around him, the fluttering of her muscles more noticeable than when he'd used a condom. Groaning, he leaned his head against her shoulders. When she came hard around him, clenching tightly, he continued to push into her hard until he finally gave himself over to his own orgasm. His cock twitching, he spilled his release deep inside her as he let out a horse cry.
After several moments, he raised his head, looking into her eyes, not wanting to pull out of her quite yet and realizing that he didn't have to. Instead, he held her tightly.
Buffy was still trembling when she felt Wesley come inside of her. It was an incredible feeling, and it made her feel even closer to him. She pulled him closer and tightly held him. Buffy didn't want the moment to end and wanted to stay with Wesley like this forever. She knew they couldn't, yet, it was a wonderful thought. She could easily spend a lifetime in his arms.
When he pulled his head back, Buffy looked up at him and smiled. One of her hands moved over his back, over his shoulder and softly cupped his face. She was about to kiss him when those words came out of his mouth. Blinking at him, Buffy's mouth opened in shock. Wesley loved her. He loved her, Buffy Summers. The man she'd had feelings for since shortly after he'd came to NYC, loved her.
"Wesley," she whispered as tears came to her eyes. "I've...since...for a long time, I've loved you." She continued to look at him and then laughed a little. "I think what I'm saying is that I love you too. Very much." With her free hand, she cupped the back of his neck and pulled him down for a slow, deep kiss.
After several moments, Buffy broke the kiss and looked at him again. "My Wesley," she whispered as she ran her fingers through his hair.
Wesley had said it so many times before. In his head, to the bathroom mirror, to the couch throw pillow. He had wanted to tell her at the right moment, had wanted it to sound right - or so he had told himself. Part of him had actually been a bit frightened because Buffy was the first person he had really been with for any real length of time. They lived together and worked together; he didn't want to screw this up, the way his father had accused him of screwing up so many other things. Buffy was too important for that.
Then, when it came right down to it - the words ended up slipping out. And after they had, he had worried that he had said them at the wrong time. Perhaps Buffy wasn't ready for this. She had only been with Angel before him after all.
Then she said that she loved him too. Staring down at her, he saw her eyes shining with tears as her lips lifted in a gentle laugh. God, she was so beautiful.
And she loved him.
"My Buffy," he told her softly, closing his eyes for a brief moment. On the Council, Watchers often took to calling the girls they were assigned to their Slayers, claiming a possession that seemed to indicate that they were nothing more than things to be used to fight the darkness. Wesley had never been able to call her that, it had never seemed right. But here, he was hers, and she was his - they owned each other's hearts.
He kissed her again before shifting, sighing when he felt himself slip out of her. Moving over onto the bed, he wrapped his arm around her to cuddle her against him. "I never thought I'd be so lucky to find someone like you. Makes part of me wish we hadn't wasted all that time trying to figure things out in the first place," he told her with a laugh.
Buffy grinned and snuggled against Wesley. "I'm sort of glad we waited and took things slow. After everything that happened with Angel, I didn't want to go through that again. Not that I'm saying you'll turn evil or anything," she said, giving him a grin. "I just wanted to be sure I was ready to get involved with someone. I'm glad it's you though. I'm incredibly lucky to have you."
Leaning up, she softly kissed him. When she pulled back, Buffy noticed it was well past midnight and groaned. Another night of only getting a few hours of sleep. It had become a pattern over the last couple of weeks since it seemed there were getting more and more cases. Of course, the increased demon activity didn't go unnoticed by them.
"I really need to get some sleep, Wes," Buffy said as she pulled the blankets over them. Reaching over, she clicked the light off and snuggled close to him. "I love you." She softly kissed him and laid her head on the crook of his shoulder. Moments later she was asleep.
When the alarm went off, only a few hours later, Buffy groaned and turned it off. Her head hurt and her body felt like jello. She knew she wasn't sick - just overly exhausted. With a sigh, she pushed herself out of the bed and shuffled through the apartment and to the window. When she saw it was still raining, she shook her head. "Screw this," she muttered before padding back to the bedroom.
She crawled back into bed and snuggled close to Wes. "I'm staying home," she murmured, hoping he wouldn't lecture her on the importance of going to class.
