first semester freshman year, what can i say?
things are settling down a bit. eleanor, kristin, and i went into town the other day and it reminded me of all the reasons i picked this school. :) i did a lot of art work, also why i'm here. i'm meeting cool people, and things are looking up. i've been talking to everyone from home and everything i have been feeling is normal, unless we're all crazy, heh. it just takes some time to settle in a new place. and boy has it taken time. but every day makes it a bit easier. it was scary at first, but i am starting to really enjoy the independence! i miss everyone from home though. love you. <3
i'm in a good place, physically and mentally. this is the first time in a while i have been able to say that. opportunities are all around, i have to grab them.
