(no subject)
so today after school, i was a total girl. i came home, put on pajamas, and watched gay porn(queer as folk season 5.. oh dear!) and ate ice cream in bed. eee. :)
not to jinx anything, but things are going pretty well right now. :) saturday (also my 17 3/4 birthday, which i completely forgot about..) i went over to haven art around 10ish and helped alina with a birthday party. apparently, that was one of the crazy parties according to her, though i had a pretty good time. except when 8 year old hannah decided to hide under the table for no apparent reason. oh well. i've rediscovered my childhood love for clay, heh. i got a $10 tip, which of course was nice. then i came back around 3:30 to help out with the next one, again i got a $10 tip. i'm not supposed to get paid for this internship, but since i worked more than 3 hours tom insisted on paying me. and hopefully, i will be keeping this job for this summer. :) so i also told him about my idea to make some advertisements for their galleries, and he liked the sound of it. soo hooray, i'm going back on thursday and we'll see how it goes. so right now, i am in love with haven art center. :D and i really do enjoy not having to work at michael's, though the employee discount was nice. but i don't think i'll be going back any time soon.. heh.
so since we had a snow day yesterday, my math quiz was pushed back until tomorrow, and i actually think i am prepared. eee. :) and my environmental test isn't until friday now. and NO MATH TEST! woo! :)
i still need to think of a good still life for photo. if worse comes to worse i could always just put some random stuff together, but i'd rather have a good photo, or at least attempt for it to have some real meaning. any ideas?
i still defend my right to call valentine's day a crock, though it is really cute at times.
exhibit a: any excuse to wear "kiss me" shoes is fine by me.
exhibit b: discustingly cute couples. meh, i guess now i don't have a right to say anything.

oh and i'd also like to say thank you for my valentine's day morning coffee. <3
ps - i am a bit dissappointed with mainstream music today..
though i do appreciate that the "you're beautiful" joke has caught on. props to caitlin, we are the originators of that impression, heh. :)
