Domingooooo
So I just got finished watching the Globes, after a Sunday at work (so wrong). I had it Media Center-ed it and basically fast forwarded a whole bunch. Missed Lea's category, but I knew she didn't win. Kinda knew that Matty wouldn't win, but he was cute for the camera, nonetheless. Got soooo pissed when Jane didn't win it. I mean really? The girl from Big Love? Plz. Ugh. I was seriously going to flip a bitch on someone or something.
Then the announcer that brings in the commercial break said something along the lines of 'Will Glee win for Best Comedy in a television series?' And I was thinking, geez, thanks for jinxing it golden globes announcer guy. :( But when they actually won, I was completely stunned. I literally spazzed, internally and I couldn't wipe my smile off for an hour... I just got finished grinning a few minutes ago. Gosh, Glee totally deserves it and seeing them all up there, it's so bittersweet. If Glee went 0 for 4, I'd be a pretty pissed girl.
And then the night got better and better... The Hangover wins over Julie and Julia? LOL. Awesome. I really need to see this movie, pronto. Then Sandra Bullock (one of my favorite actresses) and Robert Downey Jr. wins.... yay. They were even sitting next to each other, which btw, was really random. Then I fast forward and I hear the Governator say 'abadar'. Yeah. I still can't believe he's my governor. Hey, at least his name is on my college diploma. heh. That's the only really cool fact that I can think he's good for. Oh! And the part about how Robert DiNero explaining how much Martin likes to sex up film as an object? Classic. Reminds me of that random ass picture of a cigarette sleeping with a skyscraper. I still don't understand it.
