There is a small building occupied in all of the various districts - it used to be empty, but the presence of Icarus' new arrivals make it difficult to ignore.
There are signs around the area that lead to it, but rumours work best and spread through the streets. They work faster than the words of the government, which are brief. Word of a possible cure because of these robed figures, but they need somewhere to start. It may be why there's little hostility over this change, but at the same time, it is not for sure.
The words and gossip passed involve a simple 'check-up'. Questions can be asked, but whether they will be answered or not are left quiet.
