A Year in Snapshots - January 4th 2019 x2
January 4th - Dad's birthday - there a two snapshots for today, mostly because I thought the one under the link was too funny not to take.
I took this photo at about 6am. I knew it was going to reach 40+ degrees celsius today and I hadn't seen a keepsake candle since we moved in, so I had to trek out into the back yard, with a knife to cut open taped boxes just in case, to try and find it before it melted in the heat. Here I am, standing in the shed in my PJs, holding a knife and the wrapped up candle, looking like something out of wolf creek!
