Author's Notes: Where this story takes place...I don't really know. And I guess this should be a PG for a very, very, only-if-you-squint-very-hard, vague lime, perhaps?
Haruhi doesn't know how they talk her into it (actually, she does; they bribe her with a ton of ootoro), but suddenly she's standing in front of the Hitachiin mansion and Haruhi feels small.
But the twins are right behind her, pushing her up the stone steps with gentle hands and promises of fun games, and then she is Haruhi again, closing her eyes in desperation.
The day goes by in a whirl, filled with laughter, bright lights and the sweet taste of sushi still lingering in her mouth. Then it is night and they guide her around the house in a dizzying game of hide and seek.
And then she is alone in the room they have given her to sleep in.
The room shakes with the lightning and within a few seconds, Hikaru appears by her bedside with a knowing smile and she takes his hands hesitantly.
It happens so fast that Haruhi's head is still spinning when he pins her limp body to the bed. She recalls the same situation with Kyouya, but doesn't ask Hikaru to stop as he kisses her, but instead entwines his fingers within her own. They cling together as the lightning flashes and consumes their bodies.
Haruhi wakes up in between them, with her night gown slipping down her shoulders and with Hikaru spooned behind her. Kaoru's chest moves up and down with each breath and she reaches out one hand to make sure this is real and not another illusion.
Her dream world blurs with the breaking sunlight of the new day and she is greeted with a sleepy smile and a squeeze from behind.
Wow...That's probably full of grammar mistakes...Please, crack me over the head with a newspaper if you see any.
