Raven Roth never wanted to go to a comic convention again. Beast Boy had dragged her here, proclaiming that Stan Lee was going to be there. Raven wasn't going to admit it, but she did like his comics and developed a small, teeny, tiny crush on Spiderman.
So there she stood, clad in her leotard and cape, while people surrounded her in awe. "You're Raven! From the Teen Titans!" A teenaged boy squeaked out, his voice cracking. "No duh." She hissed, burrowing deeper into her cloak.
"No she's not!" Someone cried out and Raven looked up in surprise. A girl with horribly dyed purple hair and a pink jewel glued to her forehead stepped in front of her. The leotard was badly made and the cloak had a rip in it. "I am!!"
Wow. Convincing.
A part of Raven let out a large guffaw and a part of her wanted to rip out this girl's throat. But she just shrugged and walked off. Beast Boy soon joined her, his clothes in shambles and scratches all over his face.
Raven stifled a smile and leaned into his shoulder, showing a rare display of affection in public.
"We're never coming to one of these things again, you hear? I want those girls to stop following you like a star. They know you're mine." Raven mumbled and Beast Boy let out a sigh.
So much for stardom.
