I requested not to work in the same hour as Jarred is because he never does anything and he is always causing problems. Today October 14, 2006 he came in and did what you had on the liset and made a few sandwiches. I had already cleaned the proofer and the oven I had the little fridge stocked and ready for tomorrows shift. I told him not to touch anything in the little fridge because it was already stocked I don't know how busy we are going to get today so save all that for later or if we don't get busy then leave it there for tomorrow. He walked off. Then he had a line of customersand didn't bother to call me to go help him and the people were getting aggravated with him. He decided that he wanted to mark things off the closing list taht he had done but what I'm suppose to do when I close last time he was working with Salvador and he did the same thing Sal told him that the list was for him and try not to mark anything off. He knows about the closing list so I don't see what is so hard to comprehend about not marking off the closing list. He also decided to clean the oven again and ignore the customers that he had in line while I was stocking chips, he could of helpd that lady and the gentleman that was before her but he didn't. His manners have gone out the window I heard him being rude to a customer. The customer asked what other kind of vegetables do you have? Jarred said well their right there(with an attitude) and pointed to the "WORKS" sticker. He works to slow and I know that no ones likes him and doesn't like working with him. I've tried to hold all my words back but I can't anymore you really need to talk to him.

What a fucking retard. Does any of that sound like me at all, seriously? Those are the exact words on the letter she left for our manager. I can prove everything mentioned in the letter and I was NOT rude to any customer. I do always talk about being rude to them but I'd never do it. It's not even funny how much I want to quit right now. I've never worked with and for such idiots. Don't get me wrong though, she is the only one that has a problem with me now. Everyone else has told me, to my face... that they like me. Everyone has also told me, to my face... that they hate her. "She's fucking stupid!" was what the girl that opened up today after she had read the letter. She also agreed with me on everything and had my back. alfjdakfjd!! I want to go back to Papa John's.
