family is leaving... i hope

so... today their flight leaves for tampa. if weather permits, that is. then it will be the 4 of us in the house, not the 8 of us. i'll have a bed instead of the couch for the first time in ages! i'll have my own room! of course it won't be as rewarding as my own room in my own apartment, but that comes soon enough. monday i can start looking for job #1. i'm intending to apply at starbuck's and applebee's. those are 2 jobs that can transfer easily in october.

well my 11-year-old cousin is dying to play solitaire. it's dreadfully important, it seems... i can't wait till they leave!
