So yea. I'm at Grand Valley right now, in Drew's dorm. Things are goin pretty great right now with me. I got 2 C's, 3 B's and 2 A's on my 3rd marking period report card, enough for honor roll, and that's my best report card in all of hs for me. Kinda sad, but I'm proud of myself. Currently on Spring Break from skool, Jason and I decided we wanted to visit our GVSU pals. Hence why he and I are here as I type. We came yesterday and hung out with Arianna for a while at Kirkhof before Katie got out of class and we went over to her place. Jace and Arianna went to Drew's soon after, but I stayed to hang out with Kristina while Katertot went to her health care thingamajiggy. We got something to eat with the other girls around Katie's dorm, went bak, and I chatted with people. Oh, that's such a wonderful feeling. To carry on 6 or more conversations at once. BLISS!! Haha. I just miss the internet. But hey, it's all good. At least I have access to it now and then, like right now and at Jason's house. Anyway, currently it's just he and myself in here, kuz Andrew and Andrew are at class. Jason's in bed and I, of course, am updating.
I finished reading The Perks of Being a Wallflower again the other day. That is, without a doubt, my favorite book. Ever. I mean it's hard enough for me to find a book that I'll read willingly that isn't manga, and even harder to find one that I like. The only other one that matches this description that I've read in my hs years is a Diablo book. But Perks is so much better than any other book I've read. It just... I don't know. It's hard to describe. It's simply amazing.
Alicia's birthday was yesterday, but due to me being 2 hours away, I was unable to see her. BUT! It's alright kuz we saw each other every day for 4 days prior. Thursday - youth group; Friday - I went to Concord for the day since they had skool and I did not; Saturday - her b-day party at the bowling alley, then at Rachael's after I got out of work; Sunday - I got out of work and proceeded to go pick her up from her house, took her bak to mine, then we went and saw Hitch. Finally. Lol. Good movie. Except.. haha.. I accidentally spilled my pop on her. I felt so bad, but she thought it was hilarious. I love her! *laughs* Around that time, Rachel and Tony moved up next to us, kuz they just happened to be there seeing the same movie at the same time. Go figure. Lol. Afterwards I took Alicia home, watched a couple Will Ferrell skits from SNL with her, then went home. Twas a fantastic weekend, and the rest of my Spring Break is looking promising. Hopefully I'll get my room cleaned and my clothes washed SOON. Both things need to be done. By the way... Alicia... HaPpY BeLaTeD BiRtHdAy! And sorry I didn't call yesterday! I wub you vewy vewy much! =D =D =D
Another thing. I'll have another post following this one with a list of the people I have thought of thus far who I want to invite to my graduation open house, in alphabetical order for your conveniance. Then again, if you don't feel like searching for your name but see the post anyway, feel free to come anyway! After all... it IS and OPEN house, meaning anyone can come. And, when I made the list it was like 3 in the morning... so cut me some slack if I forgot you. Lol. Anyway, I don't have the date and times set up yet, but I'll be sure to post them as soon as it's all taken care of. All I can say is AFTER May 27, and BEFORE June 18. If you can come, splendid. If not, it's all good.
