tattoo inspiration and Indiana Jones
GUYS. I know what I want my next tattoo to be. A quill dripping ink next to a blank, unfurled bit of parchment. The parchment will be blank, to be filled in later with something of significance. I love it. I want the quill feather to be either red or green, whatever the artist thinks will wear the best. The best canvas for this would most likely be my back, perhaps under my existing henna inspired tat. Today I just got notice that I won ANOTHER award through Quiz and Quill, but I'm not sure what place, so I can receive somewhere between $25-$100. Which either way is enough for a tattoo, hopefully.
Oh yeah, saw the Indiana Jones movie. Meh. I liked it well enough. Too tired to say much else.
I just had to record that moment of discovery of the perfect tattoo idea. I don't see many quill and ink tattoos out there. I was also considering maybe a typewriter with an empty sheet but I feel like that is somewhat trite and also would be way more expensive. But I guess a quill tattoo is also trite if you're a writer. No matter what I do it's gonna be done.
