(no subject)
I have a little time before running off to school. Horrible nightmares last night. Trying to escape evil men, being put into spells where I was turned into a crow. Copper and Icarus pushing and shoving to get out of the covers then back under. It wasn't the greatest sleep, but with the most beautiful day of the year ahead there is nothing to complain about.
I've been studying for hours and hours and I'm just not retaining it. Everytime I look at the words the next day, they mean nothing to me again. I know I can do. I have to.
We went to the off leash park yesterday, which as an update all the puppies out there is still a swamp, but we had a good time. Save for the short bit where Icarus decided he wanted to terrorize everyone there and wouldn't come back to me, then he had to do the walk of shame (wear his leash) for the rest of the park visit. It was nice. Good to have them run off some winter steam that is still hanging around.
This weekend, more park! More homework! See the little nephew man - we've got grandpa presents to deliver!
