i'm big on your face, it's big in my mind.
last night was wonderful. went to see a show at the vineyard. saw some great bands. my favorites : nodes of ranvier and for death & glory. jesus, they were both so amazing. i was really impressed.
for death & glory was great for a million reasons... vox were wonderful, both guitarists had AMAZING voices, and how they integrated that was perfect. also, the vocalist seemed to be really into it and it was completely contagious.
and nodes of ranvier... wow. just wow. they were so together and "tight" as joal said. i was amazed.

of another insomniatic spree
and outside sleep's open window between the drops of rain
history is writing a recipe for every earthly pain
oh to clean up the clutter of echoes coming in and out of focus
words spoken like locusts sing and sing in my head
and the thing is, they often seem in my memory's long dream
to be superfluous to the true story of what was.
joal left for south carolina this morning. he won't be back until thursday, and i won't be back from florida until friday. -sigh- i miss him so much. i had a great time with him last night.
this afternoon, my mom and i are going to plant the bulbs that i got her for her birthday, and then i think i'll take the pigs out and let them eat grass. i have a bunch of work to do over spring break, so i'll probably get started on that tonight.
brian is coming over tonight ! :]
edit: brian just left. we had a great time. i showed him the pigs [he hasn't been over since my birthday!]. and jade LOVES him. he's definitely the only boy that she likes besides joal. we watched law and order: svu, the discovery channel, and baptist church sermons [people having seizures]. we laughed our asses off... it was wonderful. i've missed him bunches - it's so awesome hanging out with him. he's such a great kid.
i think i might be sick! i feel like i'm going to cough up my heart.
well i must go because joal's about to call me. I MISS HIM SO MUCH ALREADY. grr. i can't wait to be in his arms again.
