Now why did I title my entry that.. I don’t like that song at all whatsoever… meeh?
ok so let me talk about random shit for awhile... because i can.
im so excited for the 7th Harry Potter book to come out. I remember when I read the 4th one, summer before 8th grade. I thought then "wow, if im still reading these by the time the 7th book comes out.. im bound to be in COLLEGE!" And so I am. That year i went to a midnight releasing party with Ashley and Jacquelyn, and this year I'll go to one with MJ. I was 13 then, and I'm 20 now. And i still frickin love Harry Potter hah!
Random note: If you would have told that 8th grade self that I’d be the girl stayin in for lunch eating a lean cuisine meal and drinking diet pop, I would have laughed my ass off at you, then helped myself to 15 more cookies. Oooooyyy karma.
This is by far, the most relaxing summer I can remember. Beyond the fact that I work 40 hours a week of course. But for the first time in forever, I am planning my evenings as they come along, instead of weeks in advance. I love it. I love the spontaneity of it. It really adds something to my life.
Speaking of things I love.. Michael is one of them. If you don’t feel like reading about how much and why, don’t read the next paragraph lol.
Reasons why I am completely, totally, head-over-heels in love with Mike:
Hes caring, endlessly understanding and forgiving, free-spirited, doesn’t hold grudges, ambitious in the right ways, intelligent, deep, talkative, friendly, outgoing, funny, comes from the same upbringing as me, has his morals and values straight but still has fun, sings in the car (and has a beautiful voice :P), carefree, faithful, honest, open, loving, exceedingly trustworthy, accepting, talldark and handsome, thoughtful to the point of absurdity, considerate, relaxed, chivalrous…. I really didn’t even know that I knew that many adjectives. He would give anything or do anything for me, just to see me happy. He treats me like a princess, or really a queen. He tells me he doesn’t deserve me and is lucky to have me… but really its quite the reverse… *happy sigh*
Random thought: ( I already have a random note) I can’t wait until I graduate and have a job and my own house that I can decorate, paint, buy nice kitchen things for, and generally make personal and homey!! But at the same time, college is the best years of your life because you have SO much freedom and everything is on your own schedule.. and I am in no rush to leave that lifestyle. I will have plenty of time to decorate a house, but ill only be 20 and in college once. I’m guess I’m just excited for the next phase of my life too.
