My breakfast yoghurt food has undergone some changes since I
posted about it in November 2012.
Now I make it with wholegrain oats rather than museli, as well as the same fresh fruit and yoghurt. I used to make a single large meal with two yoghurts I still make the same amount but serve it in two glasses so I can have one at breakfast and one at lunch time.
I use any glasses I can get my hands on as we have a surplus of glasses of no particular style but yesterday the only thing left in the cupboard was a wine glass.
