it is unpleasant,
reading all the old notes and hearing about the breaking down buildings and breaking glass parties

(but there is nothing strong enough to keep me there
i would be getting up early and
driving to class
working harder than everyone, hating the room and the girls and the heat)

i am not sad i am not there
i do not miss ansel or the grove

thank god.
