did some tae bo on monday. was really hard but oh well.

this week have been eating toast for breakfast and turkey sandwhiches for lunch and just had some carrots and ranch for a snack. awesome. oh and almost no soda (but kool-aid)

if i could get my hands on a key to the pool i'd start swimming on monday so maybe that would happen and would be awesome since i obviously can't start jogging yet.

we'll see!

still at 138, but i'm okay with that since i've just been sitting on my ass and eating for the past month. at least i didn't gain anything!
