I now have a shiny meme to complete, thanks to
lrdrandallslady! Which is infinitely better than my Lit coursework essay and a very nice distraction from the
fanfic_bakeoff drabbles of doom. So - here we go!
First: If you've been tagged, you must write your answers in your own LJ and replace any question that you dislike with a new question.
Second: Tag eight people. Don't refuse to do that. eh... tag if you want to. Don't tag who tagged you -
Lots of pillows or just one?
LOADS. As in, enough to make a pillow fort.
What kind of books do you read?
Pretty wide range; I was brought up on fantasy, but I'm willing to go for anything that comes with a good recommendation. :) Classics particularly. And anything Arthurian. <3
What's the weirdest thing you've seen today?
My friend exploding an apple in the sixth form microwave. o.o
ZOMBIES OR ROBOTS: Which apocalypse is scarier?
Frick, do you even need to ask?? ZOMBIES.
What's really creepy?
Horror films. D:
What's your current fandom/obsession/addiction?
Oosh, tough one. If anything, I'd say that this alternate French Revolution monster I'm kicking into shape has eaten my life, not so much fandom. As well as coursework. Bah.
Do you prefer your junk food sweet, salty or savory?
Depends... I find that all three are equally delicious. ;)
What websites do you always visit when you go online?
Facebook (= no work done whatsover), Twitter, LJ. And my email, if that counts.
What was the last thing you bought?
A panini for lunch. Nom. <3
What is your greatest fear?
Failure.
Do you get cravings? If so, what do you crave?
I get random cravings for soft drinks - today, it was lemonade. Tomorrow? Probably Pepsi.
What do you do to change your mood?
Phone a friend. :)
What was the last meal you ate?
Chicken and chips.
Do you want to learn another language?
YES. <3 I'm a closet language geek; would love to learn Italian as a side thing at uni, and might even be adventurous and try something different like Japanese. But seems like my rudimentary French and German will have to do for now. :(
Five things you can't live without.
1) friends
2) family
3) phone
4) laptop
5) ice skates
Find the closest book currently sitting near you and flip to page 54. What is the first sentence of the second paragraph?

What's something you'd like to say to someone right now?
I wish humans could survive on two hours of sleep.
