Been suffering from massive bouts of Insomnia.
Woke up Tuesday Morning at Midnight, and was up till 2:00 p.m. Slept for 3 1/2 hours, was up for an hour, and then slept from 7-3 a.m. 11 hours, total I suppose.
I have tried the normal tricks: without any luck. Lately its been 10 mg of Flexiril (a muscle relaxer), however my supply will run out eventually. When I lay down in bed, I'll toss and turn for 30 minutes before I get up again. I refuse to fight it. Figure if I am going to sleep, it will happen, if it is ment to be.
Its just a mix match of misc. here.
Going to start logging the sleep scheduel to see if there are any patterns or bookends.
