Day 18

First Struggle match starts tomorrow, everyone! The tournament will be in Queen's Park, two miles south of Glasgow for those of you who aren't locals. It's not too late to register either. There'll be a food and drinks stand, and the match will start at 12 midday and roll on till about 5pm, or until we've covered all the matches.

I'm surprised you don't know about it, then again it's still pretty underground.

Struggle is a game we thought up when we were bored one year. You choose a bat and you need to collect these ball things called orbs from the other player. First player to 100 orbs wins.

I'll be honest, I don't pay much attention to sports outside of Taekwondo and Quidditch.

That sounds pretty good, but how do you collect the orbs? Do you hit people with the bats and then take them?

I don't pay attention to much outside of Quidditch or skateboarding either.

We put a charm on the player's belts that attracts them like a magnet since they've got little iron balls inside. Muggles think there's a magnet on the belt, so we're not breaking any magic rules by displaying it obviously.
