Is the first one a canon based fic where Castiel has become human or an AU?

It's AU. He's a controversial New Testament scholar living in Indiana and it's eighty million pages long. XD

I know nothing about any of these fandoms, so I can't really ask a question, but I simply wanted to say that the second one has a great opening--really gripping. And there's a lovely melancholy about number five that is appealing as well. :)

Aw, thanks! <3 The second one is a Walking Dead fic, so that's in the context of a scavenging mission during the zombie apocalypse. And the POV in 5 is Lix from The Hour, and she's kind of my spirit animal. I think you'd really like the show, actually-- it's a period BBC drama set in the 50s, which Mad Men comparisons ahoy, but it's actually nothing like that at all. Not that I'm trying to make other people watch it or anything. XD

I've heard that show is amazing and it definitely sounds right up my alley. I think I'll check that one out (as well as Downtown Abbey, which I've been saying I'm going to do for awhile, but that one looks awesome too). :D

OF COURSE 4 is the hardest one to do, or I've apparently made it that way, anyhow. I am assuming you've guessed the premise. XD It's one of those things that sit around and with a bunch of ...stuff goes here... and get random lines shoved in when I'm feeling poignant.

I'm fairly certain I literally don't know the first thing about any of these fandoms. Je suis several decades out of the loop. And I still want to read them because you're made of compelling.

I'm not actually sure if you'd be interested in any of these shows, unless you've got a thing for zombie apocalypses I don't know about. You'd prob be down with a lot of the wacky self-referential meta in Supernatural but there's a crapload of TV that has to be sat through to get any of it. There's hottie angels, though. XD

I was more into vampire texts than zombies back in the day (read: before they were ruined FOREVER) but I did like the original Dawn of the Dead as an indictment of consumer culture and its reinforcement of gender norms. AWESOME.

As for Supernatural, I'm quite fond of the bits of it I get from tumblr but would be more inclined to get into it without the whole religious-mythology-world thing. And even I ship that one guy and the hot one. ;)
