The new manager left today. After a grand total of 2 weeks here. yup.
On the other hand, I seem to have moved past that freaking out stage and into the calm part where I just Get Things Done. Plus I thought up a new process improvement that should fix a very large problem that has existed with the whole application process. Now if only I can get it implemented...
