update.
Friday my game was cancelled so I ended up going out with some pius kids--yeah, thats how I label them =) We saw Ice Age 2 and laughed our asses off. I'm not gonna lie, that movie was hilariious. I met up with chelcie for a few minutes bc she was working and ran into corn missy and cat in the theatre too. Afterwards we went to starbucks and ran into teresa, elise, and nick. All in all a pretty laid-back fun night.
Saturday I had a double-header at Hartley. We won the first game 7 to 0 and somehow lost the second 7 to 1. Pissed me off like crazy. But don't get me started on details. We played well, but we just kept hitting grounders/line-drives straight to their short-stop. Oh well, I played well. Nothing exceptional or amazing, but I did alright. After th games I went home and ate and stuff, and that night I went to our "April Fools" dance at Hartley. It turned out to be a effing BLAST. Only a 100 kids or so went and so we were able to have a more personal time. The senior guys made me laugh so hard SO many times. I was head-banging so hard that I can barely move my neck today. During Queen's "bohemian Raphsody" everyone linked shoulder to shoulder and swayed and then rocked out when it came to the rockout part..haha. It was awesome. We had dance circles going and a ping-pong table. I actually really enjoyed myself. After the dance a group of kids came over to my house for a mini hottub party. I enjoyed the company, and a few of the girls spent the night.
Sunday was my work day. I cleaned, did laundry, attempted homework. That sort of stuff. I didn't mind it though, except for the fact that it prevented me from going to see Tommy's play--that upset me a lot. I know how much it meant to him.
Today? I think that my game is going to get rained out, and I'm almost not disapointed bc i have a shitload of homework to do, including studying for big chemistry and history tests. Oh well though, right? I guess thats all I've really got to say. I've got other things on my mind, but they aren't going to be voiced, unless you name is Liindsay Brown probably ;)
