I am right now in beautiful Flagstaff with the beautiful Katy Willis. She is making stuffed bell peppers, the filling for which I have tasted and will say is AMAZING. Soon we will venture into town to see the first round of the Southwest Shootout and possibly drink some coffee. It was be spellbinding. Or maybe, it will just be entertaining.

Katy makes really good food. I can't wait to eat it.
