Second Life
I am SOOOOOO glad I decided to try this out! For those who haven't heard of SL, think of The Sims...only online.
Anyway, I'm just amazed at the amount of awesome people I've met on there. Granted, there's a lot of stupid people, but they tend to congregate in certain areas. Plus, they avoid many areas that by going there, they would be forced to use their minds (GASP!), so I tend to hang out there. :-P Too bad I can't seem to meet cool people like these in real life, but I digress.
After last night in particular, I'm just left going "wow...wow..." I met a woman on there, and only because I have today off work. The only words (other than wow) that I can come up with is "kindred spirits." The amount we resonate with each other runs so deep, I can't remember opening up so much on an initial meeting. I won't go into detail, but those that know me well enough understand right away what she must be like to have me open my world up to her.
I wish there was more to write, but I am so over-taken by the metaphysical potency, I'm at a loss for words.
