[ well, either someone helped her or she did it herself, because the dress is different-- a little less frilly, at least, and most of the decorations have been removed. she's also pulled her short hair back as best she can, and she seems to be perched in a window. ]
I've been trying to get myself familiar with the town.. It really just.. looks like the people just disappeared one day. It's kind of weird that it resembles Earth so much, though, isn't it? I mean, if it's another planet, you wouldn't expect it to have a Christian church. [ pause ] Though I guess these are things people have been asking all along.
[ she's quiet for a little longer, then, seeming thoughtful as she glances out at the sky and the rest of the town ]
.. I want to help out somewhere. Not sure where, really. Maybe the hospital? I've always done a lot of odd jobs around the Empire when I snuck out, so I'm sure I'll find something.
