So what do I do? What every nervous guy does.
Oh yeah. the other day I was walking to class or something, and she's there. She walks by me and says "Hi Matt". And what do I do? I say my little trademark "Hello" in the same inlection as when I say it to all my friends. I chocked. Idiot. Right here.
And then today, I was walking to lunch, and out of nowhere, she's right in front of me walking the other way. I swear you guys, time must have stood still. For a moment, there was nothing else in the world save for her and me. She says "Hi Matt" like usual. However, this time I don't choke, but I can safly say that it felt like an eternity to think of something to say. So I say "Hey Erika". Then at that point, time resumes itself, and I'm left there with my heart beating 5 times faster than it should.
Strange how the best feeling in the world can be so painful at times. All in all though, the feeling's pure awesomeness.
Besides that, today was a good day. I helped Gary find his name sign in Sign Language today. It was a pretty cool class period, we all pretty much veg-ed out all period. Me and Laura played Battleship with sign and the game took forever. Of course I'm such an idiot and forget to make another ship on my grid, so Laura could've won 10 minutes earlier than when we finished. Whoops!
I was in the band room again this morning and heard some weird stuff about Amber's pants falling down at David's house no less. Then Joe started to pull them down or something. I have no idea. Best thing is I'm feeling a heck of a lot more comfy around you guys. Kick arse.
Plus, after school today, my mom picked up my new contacts. And the new color is...grey!! This time though, they're really grey, and not some sort of grey-blue hybrid. Boo yah!
Mkay, just wanted to post cause I haven't in a while. I've been so busy with school it's insane! I have like 3 projects to do all at the same time. Don't be a junior. Just go from sophmore to senior.
