Notions of Importance
This post may or may not offend a few of you, if it does, to be totally honest, I don't really care. I'm watching a few different channels last night, I happened to be on Discovery Health where Dr. Drew has his sex show and they talk about different issues and such. Well they had this segment about women who want their virginity back and have an operation called hymen reconstruction to repair this ring of tissue that makes up the vaginal opening, thus restoring their long lost virginity. This procedure is done for people that just want to "give it away" to their new sig. other or that were possibly victimized in the past and lost it. This one couple was on there where the woman had it done and they started to tear up at how special it was since they had sex (after the surgery) on Valentines Day, the day they met 16 years ago. I just wanted to shoot them. This is the stupidest operation I've ever heard of. Yes, lets pay thousands of dollars, risk our lives to go under anesthesia and then take *6* weeks to recover all so a dick can be shoved in and have the whole surgery undone. I think these women should be ambushed on their way out of the hospital and have Mr. Ed dildos put in their new tight holes and then just ruin the work right there. That'll teach them to be so stupid. I'm sure there are people that can think of "good" reasons to have such an operation done. I, on the other hand, think it is time for people to quite buying to the concept of virginity (if they still do) and thinking how special it is. It's not. The dick goes in, most women bleed and have a painful time, it’s done and there you go. Why would you want to go through it TWICE?? It just shows how FAR people will go for stupid societal notions about what is important when virginity is nothing more then a silly concept that is antiquated and causes people to act like morons.
