So apparently I suck, lol I havent posted in months. But thankfully my dear friend reminded me about you :) She knows who she is!
So Im back....again.....here is an update and some stats:
HW 145
LW  82
CW 102
GW 85
Height: 5'3
BMI: 18.2
Technically Im underweight but thats BS. And according to a certain retarded doctor I need 1500-1700cals a day.....F that!
So here is the update, I was doing good up until November when I started seeing a 36yr old guy, and then my dance exams, which went alright, then the fainting and blackouts. I thought maybe I was sick, went to the doctor after I collapsed at my then boyfriends place. Turns out I weighed 93lbs and my organs were shutting down and because I was born with a heart defect, my stress and physical activity paired with not eating put me in the 1st stage of heart failure. Got hospitalized, which SUCKED, got stabbed with an IV to balance my electrolytes.....and now in 6 months Ive put on 10 lbs, putting me at 102....not for long! I just passed my final "checkpoint" and now Im free to lose all the weight I want. Here is a list of the music that "thinspires" me:

I also have posterboards made by me in my bedroom and bathroom to remind me of what I want to look like (Victoria Beckham, Nicole Richie, Kate Bosworth) and what I dont want to look like (Britney (the old pics), Beth Ditto, Raven Symone, etc).
I also find that along with running, dancing and kickboxing, that doing 300 crunches and 50 pushups at 6am, 9am, 12pm, 3pm, 6pm, 9pm, and 12am helps with fighting hunger pangs. Plus even if you are at work you can do those...it takes less than 10 minutes. In the last 6 months Ive developed some wicked new tips and tricks for losing weight and keeping parents, friends, co workers, sig. others, and family off your case! If anyone wants a fasting buddy or wants to share tips and tricks Im here!!!!
