So, I actually watched what I ate today and I feel really good about it. Now if I can just watch what I eat all the time, and until the end of today I should be golden.

breakfast(around 9:00):
- 3/4 cup Special K Vanilla Almond Cereal (110 calories)
- 1/2 cup 1% Milk (51 calories)

snack(around 11:30):
- Quaker Oatmeal Trail Mix Granola Bar (150 calories)

lunch(approx. 2:30):
- Nature Valley Strawberry Yogurt Granola Bar (150 calories)

snack:(around 6:00):
- Dole Strawberry Kiwi Frozen Juice Bar (50 calories)

dinner:(around 7:00):
- Lean Cuisine Meat Lasanga (300 calories)

total: 811
