Going to weigh in on Friday(tomorrow)
Going to be good this weekend: Saturday and Sunday
Monday I will start my week of elimination dieting
Monday-Saturday I will only eat:
Cod, trout, mackerel, pears, peaches, parsnips, turnips, celery, zucchini, carrots, rutabaga, sweet potato
after that I wil begin a rotation diet.
We will see how it goes
