Forget this crap. I have been too sick for too long and I'm STILL overweight. I gain I lose I gain I lose. I'm done with the cycle. It's time to start over. It's time to start treating my body right. To start respecting it and valuing it.
To start, I've been doing a lot of research online about the natural treatments there are out there. I found tons of good things to help with my endo, gastro, and pyschological problems. I'm truly optimistic.
The beginning of my plan is to fast. Then I will slowly introduce veggies and protein. I will continue this diet for 2 weeks. Then, I will slowly add fruits and nuts back in. All the while I will be taking supplements to improve my health and drinking at least 10 glasses of water a day. I will also begin jogging at least 5 days a week with an average of 2 to 3 miles per day.
Tomorrow is
Wednesday= FAST and PRAY
Thursday= FAST and PRAY may have steamed veggies after 7pm
Friday= Steamed or raw veggies all day
Saturday= FAST and PRAY may have steamed veggies and a small amount of protien after 4pm
Sunday = Steamed or raw veggies all day
Monday = WEIGH IN Steamed or raw veggies all day
