I actually read it long before I knew she was married to Misha Collins. When someone told me who the "M" she thanks in the book is, I almost died laughing. What are the odds?

No idea, though I'd imagine it's probably come up from time to time.

The SPN guys definitely know about it though. There was a con panel where someone asked Jared and Jensen about Misha and Vicki's new baby, and Jared said something like, "who knows if it's his?" and then Jensen laughed and added, "who knows if it's hers." LOL!
