sooo havent updated in quite some time
wow. where to even begin to explain the last few weeks? ive been running around between megs, tennis, and working my ass off when im not out having fun. megs has been frustrating lately because there is just such a big group of us and we are hard to control. so most of the practice is spent with the guys goofing off and the girls yelling at them to pay attention and then other people trying to take control of the group when they are not in the position to do so. tennis has been great. last night we had our first annual tennis rubix cube party. it was crazy. alex and i were partnered up and won the conselation beruit round. i had to sing with the megs at 8, when the party started so i borrowed anna's car and set off to find dalton street.. without getting any directions because anna said she'd pick up her phone.. none of the girls picked up their phones. so i went back to campus and got directions, but then i couldnt find dalton because the street wasnt labeled and i was looking for what kristen's house looked like.. but it was anna's house that was on dalton and ive never been to it before. so i went to my aunts house and knocked on the door in camo guys shorts and purple soccer socks pulled up all the way and had to have my uncle show me where 5 dalton was.. talk about awkward. then after we got back on campus anna made me make out with scotty, which i mean it was fine, but i was totally pressured into it and it wouldnt have happened if we werent forced into it. i even ran away into the bathroom at one point, and they followed me. whatever.
on wednesday jav had told me that we'd have lunch at 1:30 and when i got to foss he never showed. it was okay because rachael and anna were there but still in principle he ditched me. so i ratted him out at the class dinner and he just kinda turned his back on me and walked away. that ruined the dinner for me and i was pretty pissed for most of the night. so ang and i went to bed at 11:30. at 12:15 the our room phone starts ringing and im like what the hell? is that your cell? and ang picks up the phone and says 'its for you'. at this point im pretty pissed and i get on the phone and its jav. he's appologizing for being an ass and telling me that he wants to hang out and that he'll come get me from ams and i can stay at his room and cuddle, sorta like old times. i yell at him saying that im in bed and what right does he have to call me up and expect so much of me after he ditched me that day. but of course i let him get the best of me and i go and meet him downstairs. he's drunk. im even more pissed. then i ask him why he really ditched me for lunch because he obviously wasnt doing work, and he said that he was partying. at 1:30 on a wednesday. i worry for him. anyway, i bitched him out a little more and we just crashed when we got back to his room.
wes came up thursday night. he called me at 8 and was like 'what are you doing tonight?' and i said 'umm nothing' and he said that he wanted to come up. it was sweet and good to see him. we had a good time catching up and he met some of my friends. i was happy he got to get up here and see me at school, as well as see me in general.
last night our floor did around the world. it kicked ass. we had so many people on our floor and even people in the lounge mixing drinks. i had a bit of a dance party and served up about 50 cosmopolitans to some thirsty kids. of course it cost me about 40 bucks and i only got about 2 shots of vodka from the 2 handles i bought. that kinda sucked, but i figure that ive drank so much for free here that it was about time to give back anyway. our room didnt get trashed at all really, just was a bit sticky in the morning. i went over to nicole's to go to the dance with here and she was out of control fall over drunk. it was hilarious. on our way out of dana we ran into nick (a boy on the tennis team) and he was holding a nalgene i said "whats in this nalgene? vodka?!?" and he said "no, water, i dont drink" me, being the very considerate drunk that i am replied, "oh.. that sucks, im sorry!!"..oops. so i went down to the semi in a limo and wandered around. it seemed that everyone i didnt want to see kinda clustered in a group that would all of a sudden be standing right next to me and catch me off gaurd.. a little bit awkward. i especially loved when one of these boys walked into my room with a girl on his arm and introduced me to her. it was fine because im friends with him now, but it was just a little funny to me at the time, but at the same time it felt so normal. then i ended up freezing my ass off and walking back to ams to crash because i was mad tired. and thats about all the craziness thats happened in the past week or so.. more to come im sure. ill try to be better about updating, ive just been working my ass off lately. i hope you enjoyed this hella long entry!!
