(no subject)
goodness, i'd forgotten how slow dial-up internet is! i'm at my country house until saturday or so. it's bright and sunny, and nice to escape the fog for awhile! went for a nice swim and stuffed ourselves with mexican food at my favorite place from my childhood!! i'm really having too good of a time to start working. hahaha. but i had still better find something before everyone goes back to school, or i'll feel lazy and useless.
i also got a call from fernau&hartman saying they had hired someone else, and i was kind of like--yess!!!! i secretly was wishing for that after i talked with them. because i would otherwise have felt obliged to accept just because it would be a good experience or something, but i didn't really want to commit for a year+. and plus they pay you nothing for so much labor and STRESS! anyways, i'll try not to be so picky in the future.
