As far as I'm concerned, LJ is now merely a chat site. I will not be posting any fic to LJ regardless of content (not that I've posted much in the last couple of years, RL having been a bit grim).
The journal entries that I care about, the WIPs (private locked until finished) and the couple of fics I did post have all been transferred elsewhere and deleted from LJ.
I think that last is important. We create the content that brings people to LJ in the first place and I think it's important that we move this revenue-creating resource beyond 6A's reach before they somehow decide that they're morally entitled to keep all the "good" bits.
Fuck 'em and their shallow learning curve.
