Aargh!
got a letter yesterday from Dad's pension company - they've still been paying his pension! The letter (addressed to Dad) had been forwarded to my temp address, and so had taken a couple of months to reach me. Oh well. Rang them this morning and told them when he died - they didn't seem fussed, just said "send us a copy of the death certificate, and then we'll work out how much the overpayment is." I guess they get used to dealing with people who mess up because they're not thinking straight. Now all I need to do is find the certificate and Dad's banking details so I can check the money has been going into his account. (I thought we'd shut that down too, but obviously it was just wishful thinking.)
On a happier note, anyone feel the need for a tv series with pretty boys in? Don't all shout at once! try:

There has even been a smidgen of boy-on-boy activity, though I don't have hope there will be very much - you know how "that sort of thing" makes the sponsors twitchy.
