Manga gift-giving question
What would you send to your niece who really, really loves D. Gray Man? (I've never read it).
I've been looking at the manga gift-giving guides from this weekend and while there are plenty of recommendations for shoujo for girls and shounen for boys, the only crossover I've seen recommended is Otomen and since I didn't like that much I'm not sure she will either.
Basara? I dislike the art, though. Fairy Tail? The art is fab but the plot? Not so much.
She's not-quite 14 and my sister's daughter so I'd like to avoid anything too ecchi or ero. My sister is much more conservative than I am.
My mom already gave her a subscription to Shonen Jump so I think the shonen mainstream is already covered (iow, she's up tp date on Naruto and Bleach ...)
