Cabot is also known as Teddy, because his fur is soft and silky, and he has No Tail. They are all close in age, but very different personalities: Missy can't stay out of anything. She is completely brainless but very loving. Nothing makes her happier than being allowed to sit on your head. She is constantly getting in between your feet and tripping you up and then rolling over to demonstrate how much she adores you. Cabot is very shy and squeaky. He hides when the doorbell rings. Some of the other cats bully him. He really likes to be combed. Greenie is very independent and busy. She seldom stops to lie down or be stroked. She prefers to interact with the other cats and can usually be found wrestling, grooming, or being groomed by any other feline denizen she can get her paws on. She is a Mighty Hunter of socks, hair ties, and bits of paper.
I totally worked myself into an emotional frenzy today, further exacerbated by some house-related things (the boiler stopped working! No heat! Two electrical outlets suddenly stopped working! I had to deploy extension cords! All totally unrelated, but enough to drive me mad. I hate it when things don't work and I can't fix them immediately.)
