My GIrl was cute cute cute for 14 eps and then poured on the angst in buckets.

I was a little taken aback. I kept thinking "surely after all the fun and games they will get to be together!" But you know, it's a different culture.  For all I know in Korea it's perfectly OK to laugh at people and then cut their heads off (metaphorically speaking).

I was all cranky yesterday what with the vet and all (I don't know why I didn't find the massage soothing but I didn't--maybe because it was sandwiched in there among  so many other things, but at least the tendinitis feels like it's in remission) so stayed up till 1 and marathoned the final 3 eps.

I got really tired of Miss Korea's nose twitches and annoyed glances of confusion (or, for variety, confused glances of annoyance) but then when I saw her little cameo as herself at the end I felt sorry for her as she is clearly much more beautiful than clever (even if she did have bad plastic surgery). Lee Da Hae was unbelievably cute and she even made me laugh when she said she would have gone for Jeong Woo. And the guys were just "Hope you liked my acting."

So now I am not allowed to watch any dramas till I finish doing my taxes. Except maybe an episode of Bad Love if the subs get posted on Sunday. Because I want to see how they handle the "actor playing the doomed, deceased ex-lover comes back as her doppelganger and meets hero and sets his world rocking (or not)" storyline and laugh my head off.
