Is your character religious?: Hot Pants is a Catholic nun/would-be templar for the Vatican, so this is a good CR point.
Will they be able to tell she's a WOMAN?: THIS IS SLIGHTLY IRRELEVANT NOW but amusing; she's announced that she's a woman, but she still dresses ambiguously most of the time. Mostly played for humor, now.

May HP use her Stand, Cream Starter, against/on your character?: In general. Note that it can be used to heal wounds and to create disguises, so this can also be for positive things! People won't be able to see HOW she does it, unless they are Stand users, but they will see that she keeps an odd sprayer thing in her holster, and they would be able to see the results of the spray (i.e. flesh alteration or transportation). May HP non-lethally attack your character if she feels threatened by them?: This includes disablement, but does not include specific attacks to the face that are detailed below.
