OMG OMG OMG! I can rock a RUB!
after 2 years of wrapping and thinking I was totally RUB incompetent it suddenly clicked for us!! I'm sooooo excited. I went over to a local wrapper's house like a year ago begging her to teach me to RUB and it didn't work for me. But I think DS is older and wants to be wrapped up on my back so suddenly it works now that I have a cooperative wrapee!
I am SO thrilled about this! it opens up so many possibilities, I think I need a few new shorties now! I can't believe it but I find RUB more comfortable than a ruck TIF!
I did it yesterday at the grocery store (don't know why I decided to suddenly try a RUB after so long, but I'm glad I did) and I wrote the success off as a fluke, but today all the way to the park and then again on the way home we rocked the RUB! so I don't think it is a fluke!
and even more surprising, cotton papaya indio was VERY comfortable with my 28lb boy.
ok enough talk this is wrappers paradise isn't it? we like pictures! (thankfully DH was along with his ever present camera today)
and this picture wasn't as good, but Riley's expression is hilarious, this is his latest "cheese face", but I think he looks like a buffy vampire! hehe
now what wraps are a must have as shorties.... and what size is good for RUB? 2, 3? oh the possiblities that are open now!
