Today we are to have a dinner for Fuji-kun. I feel I ought to bring a present but, frankly, he isn't very nice to me. He makes a big mess of his bathroom, fills his window sills with vegetation designed to attack maids and did not like it when I covered them with marshmallows.

I think I will get him a watering can. It will be a hint that he ought to get other plants. Like tulips. No one ever got maimed by a tulip.
