Day 1 of plan

These are the rest of the rules. Wanted to write them in here

1. drink 10 or more cups of water a day.
2. drink 2 cups of green tea a day.
3. no diet pills.
4. take a multi everyday.
5. calcium supplement and prenatal vitamin each day.
6. for every 10 calories over the limit, 2 minutes of jogging added to excercise for day.
7. no cookies
8. no cereal
9. no ice cream
10. no bread
11. no candy (except sugar frees)
12. no cake
13. no noodles
14. no peanut butter
16. no non-diet drinks, except 1 starbucks coffee drink a week

Today for breafast I had a huge pancake. 425 calories, later calculated. SHITTT! Well, I ran on the treadmill for 10 minutes in case it was anything extra.

Tonight- a dinner salad. Dressing on the side. Which I will not be eating.
