Home from the mall...
Good thinspiration comes from standing in front of the Nordstroms mirrors. I look so fucking fat. I could even imagine eating after that, But I had about 45 calories worth of salad because I wouldnt have made it. I got all dizzy and nauseous today. I wonder what the hell is wrong with me...
I dropped a size. So thats kinda exciting.
I also bought this new stuff, its by philosophy and it is chocolate ice cream flavored. Chocolate is one of my biggest weaknesses. But the stuff smells just like real chocolate, and you can wash your hair and yourself with it. Its pretty fucking cool. Well, thats all I have to write right now... but I will probably have more to say later. Hopefully I wont binge or purge today. I am so sick of it.
