Emergency trip to Boston
I found out that my cousin isn't doing to well. She's in the hospital after a collapse. Details are sketchy at best, but some info is that she's got some kind of blood condition and that they've had to infuse blood for her. My RN aunt has been appraised of the situation, and the word that we're hearing alot is miracle as in we'll be needing one of those. My cousin has been unconscious since yesterday with no change in status. No word about MRI, x-ray or other tests. Some think that it was a stroke or something like that. She's only 34, but that minimizes the chance, not negates it.
My family is prepping to come up there tomorrow, we'll be driving up there. Hopefully there'll be some kind of positive news for her. She's got a lot to live for, two beautiful boys, 3, and 2, and her husband. I'm not a praying type, but for those that are, please have my cousin Huyen in your hearts. She's going to need everything we have.
