TOO MUCH TORONTO FUN, ALSO JOHN SHEPPARD STRIPS AMONG THE SCALLOPS

Because, the other day, we went to the zoo, where we A) had wholesome fun and B) imagined most of the animals as SGA transformation-au characters. "That orang-utan doesn't look like it enjoys hanging there like that! Is it a John Sheppard orang-utan?" "Yeah, his father sat on the ground, so John has to hang in the air in order to rebel, but he doesn't like it.")
And then tonight, oh god, we took a long walk along the harbour, and we invented THE MOST AMAZING SGA AU OF ALL TIME, in which John is a stripping seafood chef and Rodney is a guy with a really good clam chowder recipe, and it basically ended up being an AMAZING find-and-replace rewriting of "String Theory," except with more lobsters.
So, if you had imagined toft_froggy and I teaming up to write SGA fic, is this what you would've dreamed and hoped for above all things? I think it is. You love it.
