Last night was my last house meeting at Bang-a-rang, so Ryan and I decided to cook a ridiculous meal for the occasion.
1: Stuffed mushrooms.
2: Corn & edamame sesame salad.
3: Curried chickpea casserole.
4: Eggplant & potato moussaka with pine nut cream.
5: Chocolate pudding cake with soy whip topping.
6: Sparkling cider!
Playing harmonica.
I love my cat.
I really love my cat.
I really really love my cat.
So you can fully see how fabulous my dress is.
I could not have asked for a better family. I feel pretty overwhelmed.
Mark and I started moving stuff over to the new place yesterday. My mom and Denis have been working so hard at getting it ready for us since the last tenant left it in shambles, and I really appreciate how much they've put into it. Our first night there will be Wednesday, and I'm super excited, and as previously stated, kind of overwhelmed.
Tonight is the annual ROLLERSKATING BIRTHDAY PARTY! Rollodrome in Auburn, 6-8 PM! Cupcakes! Jamz! Spandex! Please come and skate the night away with us!
Also...I'm really determined to try every flavor of Gifford's ice cream this year. It's a goal I say I'm going to accomplish every year, but I'm feeling good about my chances in 2009.
No Bake Cookie &
Pistachio, so far. Only 40 to go!
I should probably start preparing cupcakes. It's going to take all day.
